食友講左幾日話想食乾煎蝦碌,我點都要做野啦。上網周圍搵乾煎蝦碌既食評, 海鮮店搵過、酒樓搵過、中式飯店又搵過,結果除了搵到今次介紹的榮興小廚外, 重明白"簡單一個道理"乾煎蝦碌又叫豉油王蝦碌呢。哈哈 榮興小廚係灣仔都幾出名,其實我已經唔係第1次去食,招牌荵油雞我地無點因為今次係為豉油王中蝦而來。1) 豉油王中蝦 $198正, 係超正, 6個字講晒 – 大隻彈牙入味! 一碟有6隻. 2) 清炒茶心 $48 2個字 – 靚菜3) 椒盬鮮魷 $68 (定$78唔係好記得)好食, 野味4) 闊佬炒飯 $58 其實係蝦仁加翠玉瓜炒飯, 都唔錯, 個名最掂! 真係食到我地lam lam 脷 食完重有糖水送。總評: 食物味道好,份量夠,價錢公道,招乎不錯。
