同朋友仔敘舊諗住搵個地方可以慢慢坐,大家決定去打邊爐,於是揀咗呢間漁火海鮮刺身火鍋,用OpenRice訂位可以有八五折,慳返啲錢可以叫多啲野!打邊爐來講湯底當然好緊要,呢度竟然有成十幾款湯底可揀,最後揀咗花膠響螺燉豬展( $198 ),呢個根本就係一個湯,好足料好濃味,除咗花膠豬展,仲有蟲草、紅棗、龍眼肉、雞腳等,未打邊爐之前我哋各自飲咗一碗,跟住老闆娘好好咁提醒我地,可以帶走個湯,然之後先落豬骨湯黎打邊爐,呢個建議實在太好!第二個特色就係除咗火鍋之外,呢度仲有得食刺身,我哋揀咗北海道帶子刺身($138 )、北寄貝( $58 ),仲有即開法國白珍珠生蠔( $48/隻)。帶子好大隻又鮮甜,北寄貝同樣咁新鮮,色澤好靚,生蠔好肥美,海水嘅鹹味當中又帶啲生蠔嘅鮮甜美味。食完生嘢,就開展打邊爐,我哋都叫咗好多嘢包括蒙古肥羊片($98)、極品黑豚腩肉($88)、鮮味海中蝦($128 )、肥水大花甲( $98 )、水庫大魚頭( $78 )、漁火特色四色丸( $128 )、爽滑豬肚( $58 )、時令雜菜籃( $78 )、萵筍( $38 )等。羊同豬都好好味,羊肉帶少少羶味,但好OK,豬亦好有豬味。海

四色丸有牛筋丸、墨魚丸、咸蛋豬肉丸,同埋手打蝦丸,真係四隻都好有特色,牛筋丸超級有牛味,好正!墨魚丸勁彈牙,好似係佢哋自己手打的。鹹蛋豬肉丸成世人第一次食,本身唔係特別喜好鹹蛋,但都覺得幾好食,好香鹹蛋黃味,連埋豬肉一齊咬,好有層次感。蝦丸的外表痴滿蝦仔(雖然一落水啲蝦仔甩晒。哈哈! ),同樣好彈牙爽口。推薦呢個為必點項目。

唔記得講呢度嘅醬料,提供左九款俾你自己混醬,辣椒、蔥、蒜蓉、芝麻、麻醬、豉油等樣樣俱全!
呢度除咗卡位,仲有大枱,幾適合一大班朋友一齊打邊爐。整體食物質素都好唔錯,過咗個好開心嘅晚上呢!
