新鮮蘋果切成薄薄一片再疊成蛋糕塔.蘋果香甜不膩,底層鬆脆酥皮為蛋糕塔增添層次.旁邊的焦糖忌廉再混合雲呢拿雪糕更是當中亮點.亦能平衡蘋果酸度.而Tiramisu細滑輕盈,帶淡淡酒香.軟硬適中,是我喜歡的質地!
