呢間餐廳行既係日式居酒屋裝修,設計幾有風格,好似真係去佐日本食野咁。我地食既係套餐,有十四品菜式,前菜先食博多明太子沙律🥗沙律菜好新鮮,配埋切開咗一粒粒嘅明太子,再加埋啲沙律醬,好鹹香,又清新,食完好開胃!然後食到既海膽三文魚子配時令生蠔🦪都好出色,新鮮生蠔即開,上面再放埋海膽同埋三文魚子,軟綿嘅口感,生蠔夠晒肥美鮮甜,全部都係新鮮嘅食材!熟食方面夠晒難忘既有香煎澳洲龍蝦尾🦞龍蝦尾嘅肉好大嚿,好Juicy,啖啖肉,口感好好,亦都好鮮甜,用鐵板炒出嚟,再有啲焦香,味道更好!另外好食既點少得日本A4十勝和牛厚燒🥩呢個係另外要再加$58,但加得好抵,和牛真係一嚿嚿厚身嘅,切開佐燒到外脆內軟,內心仲係鮮嫩嘅紅色,一咬開就入口即溶,非常濃嘅牛味!
