To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 麻醬味道香濃,帶點微辣,但不至於使到舌頭發麻。麵條軟身彈牙,吸收了湯汁的味道。

侍應送上來時,真的被它細小的份量嚇了一跳。它只有一個普通飯碗的大小,配料有少許雞絲和菜粒,味道算是可以,但這個價錢真的不值了。

這道主食有辣味,喜歡吃辣的朋友感到很惹味,但怕辣的朋友就未必能入口。雞肉配了醬汁特別香口,河粉份量夠充足。
