旺角的朗豪坊已來過多次,但今晚來頂樓用膳還是第一次,原來別有洞天。Bistro Bloom 餐廳就在13樓的天幕下,高高在上,環境優雅。門前放有大型餐牌,上面的半自助晚餐非常吸引,可以自選一個主菜,自助的有餐湯、沙律、海鮮冷盤、甜品,最後還有一杯飲品。自助沙律吧的食物選擇非常多,除了蔬菜、薯仔沙律之外,還有比較有特色又好味的“蛋黃醬烤南瓜”“泰式魷魚沙律”“泰式木瓜沙律”“日式芝麻凍豆腐”,上面鋪滿木魚花,豆腐軟滑,加上芝麻的香味,口感特別好。海鮮冷盤有大蝦、青口和蜆,鮮蝦肉質新鮮,爽甜可口,青口鮮嫩,肉質不錯。主菜:“極黑和牛板腱扒”配法國拉克萊特溶岩芝士,上菜時由服務員親自將芝士刨下,特別香濃,口感軟滑,與牛板腱非常匹配的。牛板腱外面烤香,裏面仍保持紅潤,口感鮮嫩多汁。“爐燒嫩滑春雞”,四隻春雞髀,肉質非常幼嫩,加上秘製醬汁,特別滋味。甜品有:“朱古力提拉米蘇”“意大利芝士蛋糕”“朱古力撻”各式西餅各款甜品都非常精緻兼美味,朱古力、芝士、果仁,配搭得相當好。湯是“野菌忌廉湯”,濃稠軟滑,磨菇味道突出。今晚的自助餐非常豐富,食材高質,製作精美,自助食物選擇多,而且,四人惠顧可享一人免
