To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經是第二次來威記了~由於男友跟友人們都對威記的香草牛油龍蝦烏冬念念不忘,所以他們都一直說要找天再來!雖然我一向都不會寫其他非「我最愛系」的食評~因為中菜不是我擅長評價的..既然拍了照片就寫一下吧~蟹肉粟米羹不差但不是十分滿意~個人偏愛自己煮的蛋花較多而且可以再"杰"一點..粟米也可以多一點..胡椒也可以多一點..哈哈~(是我個人的口味)~不過蟹肉粟米羹比上次叫的紫菜粟米羹好喝~我喜歡較濃的,我覺得這裡的有點淡~魷魚不算得上十分出色~可能我不喜歡炸的..豉椒炒蜆這個算很不錯~朋友覺得有點辣..不過我覺得辣度適中~茨汁也很ok~不過個人喜歡豉椒汁不打茨~味道更有小時候吃過的大排檔風味!殼雖然大但每隻都有蜆肉~絕對冇呃秤!香草牛油龍蝦烏冬這個必推~~為了來吃這個才擇日到南丫島的!出奇的好味呢~烏冬配這個汁實在是太讚了!香草汁加牛油配搭令味道鮮香濃郁~!香氣撲鼻!龍蝦又係唔洗講啦~梗係好食~!海鮮必點嘛!出面一定食唔到~呢個算係中西日式既組合??意外地夾!唔係好識形容~最好自己黎試~個汁好好味~清哂~!蒜蓉蒸扇貝很新鮮~吃海鮮也是必點的一碟!其實這店出名的都吃過了~除了荔芋扣肉不想試之外~另

出面一定食唔到~呢個算係中西日式既組合??意外地夾!唔係好識形容~最好自己黎試~個汁好好味~清哂~!

很新鮮~吃海鮮也是必點的一碟!

其實這店出名的都吃過了~除了荔芋扣肉不想試之外~
另外要提的是店員鬍鬚佬很好人~
上次點的時候他也叫我們不用點太多,怕我地食唔哂浪費食物~~哈其實為了來威記整天沒有吃過東西~他實在少看了我們呢~我們最後還要加多碟添~份量也會按人頭來上~
所以我話黎南丫島一定要黎食威記~
老闆知道我地上次黎食過~冇收我地加一仲有果盤送~!
不過西瓜唔算好新鮮~可能唔夠凍!
價錢我都覺得合理~無謂過隔離天虹比人開天價食海鮮啦~
最緊要係老實!服務好又好食~
