To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

正所謂早起的鳥兒有蟲吃，黑夜遠足再看日出又到早餐時間，當然要睡覺前來一個豐富的早餐獎勵自己。紅雞早餐滿足所有願望，有自家製牛肉漢堡扒、豬肉腸、脆煙肉、茄汁豆、 鮮奶炒滑蛋、薯餅、丹麥多士 及沙律再配一杯暖笠笠的熱鴛鴦。色彩繽紛的賣相令人食慾大增。有沙律及茄汁豆令早餐更飽肚。熱鴛鴦咖啡及奶茶的比例很平均入口不會覺得其中一方搶了味。其自家製牛肉漢堡扒肉味濃，入口有質感。炒蛋滑溜有牛奶香亦有淡淡的蛋香。薯餅及煙肉都是配炒多的最佳朋友。丹麥多士比一般多士更鬆脆更香。餐室有點復古火車車廂的情懷，更重要的是私隱度較高，吃得更自在。
