久唔久就會想打邊爐, 呢日邊爐癮起,就約左啲朋友去打邊爐, 呢間位於天后既火鍋,店間鋪係 U 字型一入去見到個魚缸,啲位都坐得好闊落等食既時候先食啲小食蝦膠釀油條油炸鬼上加上蝦膠,食起上黎冇咁油,蝦膠鮮甜, 彈牙叫左個雙拼湯底,潮州湯底,另一個係蕃茄莞茜豆腐湯底潮州湯底用左大地魚, 肉碎, 蔥花, 紫菜, 豆腐, 莞茜碎, 飲下湯底鮮甜,紫菜味好突出蕃茄莞茜豆腐湯底則加左大量蕃茄, 莞茜, 豆腐,聞落去莞茜勁香招牌手切牛頸脊打邊爐唔少得既肥牛,今次就揀左牛頸脊牛頸脊質素好高,佢既脂肪紋理清晰,分佈平均,食落去比一般肥牛更入口即溶,而且牛味更濃郁更加唔會得個肥字,食多多都唔會膩活魚剌身 - 原條石蚌第一次食呢種魚既刺身,刺身切得非常薄,晶瑩剔透魚味唔似日本刺身咁好濃烈,但非常爽口食完刺身部分更可將魚身放係蕃茄莞茜豆腐湯入面一齊滾,湯底多左份魚鮮味手打蝦丸蝦丸打得滑又彈牙,蝦味仲好鮮手打象拔蚌丸食起黎好爽口,但個人喜歡蝦丸多啲
