今次食左個旬·料理套餐,成個menu都幾多野食!首先就係前菜,有用松葉蟹肉、青瓜同三文魚籽整既薯仔波波,外面脆脆口感好似食緊薯片咁,裡面就滿滿鮮味然後就係海膽三文魚子茶碗蒸,呢個茶碗蒸好特別,係凍食,同平時食既唔同,個蛋一樣好滑,裡面仲有鮑魚呀然後就到刺身,有依佐目、秋刀魚、厚岸珍蠔、真名鰹、白海膽、鰤魚個蠔鮮甜肥美、真名鰹燒香後魚油溢出,用紫菜包住上面再加上粟子蓉,外脆內滑同時加上栗子香氣,白海膽配淡雪岩鹽一齊食更能提升鮮甜味道食完刺身之後就到A4近江和牛,和牛入口即化,下面配左茄子吸收和牛精華,牛味香濃再黎就係松葉蟹,蟹肉配上蟹膏同蟹籽一齊食,味道非常豐富!然後就係火炙吞拿魚鮫,呢個位置既油份好高,所以燒香咗之後包住紫菜一齊食個魚油味更香然後就有一個用燒香左既喜之次既菜式,脆香魚板上加上芝麻,再撈埋下面個飯一齊食,估唔到真係幾正然後有2款天婦羅,分別係瀨尿蝦同埋鮑魚,鮑魚上面仲加上左鮑魚肝醬令味道更香濃!瀨尿蝦好鮮甜!甜品前既最後一道菜就係和牛斧飯,個和牛都好厚身,好滿足呀甜品係自家制既芝麻朱古力,芝麻味好香,好特別呀!呢個套餐真係好多野食,不論擺盤同味道都好好呀👍🏻
