食要合時,與友人探望朋友後就在近處吃個晚餐。先來一碟西蘭花炒魷魚。炒魷魚不用忌諱,魷魚是確實的鮮,顆顆有味而爽;西蘭花亦腍中帶勁。西芹蝦仁亦是妙作,清中帶濃,最緊要是夠少油。椒鹽豆腐,炸到飛起!但當吃到中心的嫩,熱氣全消。男人的浪漫……豆腐火腩飯……友人怎都來一客。有時友人都未必錯,這煲豆腐火腩做得香濃味美,確屬佳作,友人更連吃不少飯!小菜之類,鑊氣至最……魚香茄子煲乃必勝之選。燙口的茄子加上粒粒肉末,下飯之最!完全豐滿。
