Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食要合時，與友人探望朋友後就在近處吃個晚餐。先來一碟西蘭花炒魷魚。炒魷魚不用忌諱，魷魚是確實的鮮，顆顆有味而爽；西蘭花亦腍中帶勁。西芹蝦仁亦是妙作，清中帶濃，最緊要是夠少油。椒鹽豆腐，炸到飛起！但當吃到中心的嫩，熱氣全消。男人的浪漫……豆腐火腩飯……友人怎都來一客。有時友人都未必錯，這煲豆腐火腩做得香濃味美，確屬佳作，友人更連吃不少飯！小菜之類，鑊氣至最……魚香茄子煲乃必勝之選。燙口的茄子加上粒粒肉末，下飯之最！完全豐滿。
