新春團拜,長輩於圓方「利苑酒家」設宴兩席慶賀新禧;嘻嘻,菜式豐盛之餘,仍然單身o既小肥同哥哥仲有利是逗添 !「利苑」分店遍佈港九新界,XO仔其實都只係去過灣仔一間,今次一訪圓方分店,入門一刻已有驚喜 。西式o既正門金碧輝煌,室內美輪美奐o既裝潢卻又不失傳統中國色彩,行經走廊可見瓦磚屋簷、石磚圍牆、古屋木窗等。就連洗手間門都用上獅子門扣,感覺真係有啲似個御苑咁。牆壁上浮凸o既花品清秀嬌美,格調高雅 。晚宴於廂房內進行,大圓枱配上紅色o既絨櫈,舒適大方。每個座位前都有齊備o既餐具及酒杯。房邊一角仲擺出一個消毒機,長期為碗碟消毒,餐店明顯地極之講求衛生 !人齊食物即起,餐桌中央一盆艷麗靚花亦正式離場。 江南小品之金蒜拍青瓜:青瓜清爽醒胃,不過如果可以加重少少金蒜應該會更惹味。 江南小品之冰燒三層肉:如相所示,豬腩肉肥瘦均勻,層次分明。皮層不但香脆,而且仲鬆化無比,腩肉香軟中富彈性,超級美味 ! 江南小品之蜜汁叉燒:叉燒有瘦有半肥瘦,為咗要以形補形,XO仔當然係揀半肥瘦嗰啲啦 !叉燒軟腍甜美且肉汁夠,無得彈呀! 江南小品之蓬萊素鵝:素鵝層腐皮外層雖然好夠乾脆,但卻因過份厚身
