To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原來間餐廳一直係我嘅Favourite list 好耐，當要搵上環好西時就咁岩揀中佢。店舖唔算大，但都坐無虛朗，而且佢係動物友善餐廳，方便會帶寵物嘅朋友去！當日等左15分鐘就有位，仲安排坐係窗邊位，嘆住個Luxury Brunch..好chill !佢主打美國菜，當然就叫左佢最出名嘅Wagyu Skirt Steak and Eggs同佢當日推介嘅Lobster Mac & Cheese !好開心佢嘅太陽蛋煎得好靚，配上勁濃厚嘅和牛，勁Juicy 又嫩。搭配蛋一齊食嘅話口感更加豐富呀！另外嘅Lobster Mac and Cheese都叫人驚喜！初頭以為佢會用傳統嘅細通粉，但佢用左粗圈通粉Rigatoni，厚度適中而且沾滿上香口芝士同龍蝦味！同埋佢用左粗圈通粉唔好令人覺得好飽。仲有就係真係有龍蝦架，應該係普通龍蝦，肉質唔錯嘅！
