To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 1. 牛油果蟹肉沙律,我本身就愛吃牛油果 well done, 沒想過牛油果和蟹這麼配
牛油果更把蟹的鮮味帶出來 可算是神來之筆
2. 酒釀蛋白蟹鉗 ok ar, 沒有驚喜,平實之作
3. 蟹粉銀絲卷,好,時間把握的好。上桌時多士還是脆的
香濃的蟹粉把多士提升到叧一個層次

花膠鮑魚鹿筋湯
必喝 清甜 很潤
用料十足,因為我們每人都有吃湯料

龍井煙燻鴨,對不起,個人不喜歡鴨。友人說煙燻味重,但吃不到龍井味

豆板棠菜苗,另一平實之作

砂窩瑤柱菜飯配龍井茶
炒得好,有鑊氣,一點油膩的感覺也沒有
還刻意奉上龍井茶相伴

愛吃甜的你一定不會失望
1. 玫瑰糕 絶對意想不到的美味
我現在還懷緬它在口中的所留下的凝香
真的有玫瑰香,恰到好處
又不是太甜
咬一口還有不同的口感
必試菜式

2. 驢打滾
軟熟的香蕉糕配黃豆粉 又是另一番滋味

3. 流沙金球
首先,脆,有創意,
是會流的沙,不會燙到嘴

生果盆,一絲不苟,為整頓豐富的晚餐劃上完美的句號。
