三月中下旬星期天晚上,潮濕有雨粉。今天本來宅在家休息,突然給弟弟拉出去要我陪他吃串燒,雖然不是很餓,難得他約那就去一下。這家小店開放式廚房,原來主打豬串燒,不只是肉,是豬的各個部位也能燒,光聽著已經覺得吸引。店裡每個角落都能找到小豬裝飾,擺設,連坐墊也用上粉紅小豬頭,非常可愛。雖然菜單也有牛肉跟海鮮選擇,個人認為當然要吃他們的主打食材,不然就失去意思了。第一份點的是豚肉露筍卷,露筍是一種很有發揮空間的蔬菜,西餐就很愛放露筍。露筍以豚肉片包裹,爽甜而多汁之外還帶有豚肉香。然後是豬肝串,香港人稱之為豬潤,一向不太喜歡肝臟的味道這串豬肝配上醬汁滲出淡淡香氣,竟然沒一點腥味,頭一次吃到這麼好吃的豬肝。內臟還有豬小腸串,小腸沒有大腸那麼多油份,故此我獨愛小腸。店家把小腸燒得逼出油份,口感彈牙帶嚼勁,配上點點芥末醬香口惹味,下酒一流。吃完內臟就試些特色的,雞骨豬肉腸串為創新菜品,豬肉製成香腸,每口都吃得到新鮮豬肉,中間連接著雞腿骨,帶有點點雞香味,不會過鹹,入口多汁而且可以像吃雞腿一樣拿著大口吃,很過癮。最後來個燒大啡菇,大啡菇肉厚多汁,鮮香滿口,是絕佳的燒烤蔬菜類,最喜歡大口吃菇了。這小店每一道
