To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天在尖沙咀逛街,從朋友口中得知一間不錯的酒樓位於安達中心13 樓。所以不加思索就同朋友上去嘆番一頓豐富的午餐。一到埗,發現酒樓樓底非常高,超大地方,絕對沒有壓迫感,坐得很舒適,還有發覺洒樓某個角落放了幾張梳化,非常寛敞是一個呃 like 地方。酒樓舉行婚禮也是一個相當不錯的地方,長而濶大的位置,可容納圍數也不小。婚禮場地也佈置得很華麗。中間也有一個小舞台。背景伂置了很多花花裝飾。其實除了大堂之外,裏面也有數個VIP 房間可供朋友,公司聚餐。 至於點心方面也有頗多選擇,酒樓也連續5年勇奪香港旅發局美食之最大賞至高榮譽金獎。得獎點心有如下:原隻鮑魚燒賣旋風黃金流沙包真功夫潮州蒸粉菓港式街頭蝦米豬腸粉........ 等等值得一提的是記緊 order 原個椰皇燩燕窩。超棒,絕對不甜,椰香味超濃。
