To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又來到紅磡車站用膳，今天選擇了美心food2。喜歡在紅磡車站用餐的原因是，疫情之下，人流不多。如機場般的高樓底，給我極大的空間感，令用餐體驗level up。最重要的是能給我在機場禁區用餐的感覺，拾回遺失兩年多的待機的感覺。✈️自動點餐機加上取餐傳呼器，帶來了快捷和方便。今天餐廳的客人不少，但餐廳範圍很大，每人都可以有充足的距離。不久，取餐傳呼器閃出紅光並且震動起來，告訴我的雞扒．腿腸飯已經準備好。美心food2 的確是不同，食物的賣相已經向我說明了。 $60 是有點兒偏貴，但給你的就是一分錢一分貨。咖哩汁很香濃不太辣，雞扒嫩滑皮香。刺穿半熟的煎蛋，流出滲入白飯，非常正👍🏻。最後，在我打這食評的時間，店員很有禮貌的先問我是否用餐完畢才改走我的餐盤。再加一分
