長輩於灣仔「利苑酒家」宴客,小肥乃當晚唯一有份出席o既後輩,深感榮幸萬分 。晚宴設於餐廳內一間私人房間內,十二人一席,舒適又鬆動,可惜洗手間卻設位大堂外,令女士們都略帶微言 ,故小肥不得不扣下一分環境分。可能主人家係熟客仔啦,帶有鄉音o既幾位女侍應雖然唔係太過熟手,不過都頗為殷勤有禮,如果可以自動為客人加添埋酒水及不時更換不潔o既餐具,相信下次o既服務分會更高 。桌上菜單可見,海鮮夜宴非常豐富 。就連每位客人面前都獨立擺放有四款醬油,由左起分別為話梅汁、XO醬、翡翠芥辣及紫天椒,以扇形o既四格碟承載,大方別緻。人一到齊,好快就有四味江南小品食,當中小肥因怕食到魚骨,所以冇食到「椒鹽九肚魚」同「煎釀虎皮椒」。 江南小品之話梅石榴:滲過話梅汁o既石榴粒酸甜爽脆,非常醒胃。 江南小品之冰燒三層肉:意外地,冰燒三層肉轉咗一圈後仍然好夠熱,前菜不但層次分明,第一口已覺皮層香脆,肉質爽口彈牙,而且好夠肉汁,不需點上任何醬汁都已經好好味 。 生拆蟹肉撈起翅:小肥真係見識少,只係食過乾食o既炒桂花翅同濕食o既魚翅湯,於宴會中第一次認識到原來翅都可以玩撈起,亦即食客可自選是否及如何加湯
