老王請食飯永遠不講理由,我也卻之不恭。無辨法啦,他太富有了,用不完,唯有我幫下佢啦⋯⋯哈哈!今天請食日本料理,有我最鐘意的刺身和浜燒。有美食當然要飲番杯。清酒是首選。真澄入口順喉,偏甜,雖然酒蒸成份14度,但不太嗆,容易入口。對我好酒之徒冇難度呢!剌身盛合六款油甘魚,帆立貝,吞拿魚腩,赤貝,吞拿魚和三文魚。吞拿魚腩最肥美,入口即溶,油脂四溢。油甘魚亦毫不遜色,啖啖油香,囗感一流。帆立貝鮮嫩。香煎蒜片厚切牛舌意外地嚼口軟熟充滿牛香,蒜片煎得焦香,好惹味,牛舌夾蒜片,配搭得怡。特上漁獲浜燒盛合蠔,珍寶蝦,松葉蟹腳,帆立貝和鮑魚樣様我至愛。先上松葉蟹腳,入口鮮,甜,無得輸。👍珍寶蝦好大隻,肉質爽脆有嚼囗。手掌咁大的蠔,燒後還帶有海水味,燒得剛好,嫰滑,蠔味出眾。鮑魚不可不食,軟熟又有嚼勁。帆立貝用了清酒和牛油兩種焼法。淸酒比較清淡而喜歡濃味就一定鐘意牛油煮,惹味。嘩!我至愛中的至愛出埸了!味噌蟹甲羅燒配多士蟹膏味道己濃郁,再加上味噌就更添味蕾層次。如覚得有點膩可配合多士減低膩感。但對我而言,越濃越好味!😘最後燒黑松露什菇當錫紙打開,一陣陣松露味飄來樸鼻,頂瓜瓜👍柚子雪芭酸咪咪好開胃,食到飽飽
