To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日來到 V Point 的豫園,一出電梯就看見雅緻的裝潢及酒櫃。景觀也不錯的,可看到欣賞到美麗的維港景致。聽聞這裡的行政午餐很有名氣。套餐二道至五道菜,我們點了兩款五道菜午餐($238)。另收加一、前菜($25)及茶位($18)。頭盤:兩道小吃是今天打響頭炮。無錫脆鱔的醬汁做得不錯,每一條也很脆。紹興醉雞紹興醉雞入味,雞也滑而腍。上海菜怎能少了點心? 豫園小籠包及紅油抄手是很好的選擇。豫園小籠包小籠包有三隻,皮薄但夾起不易穿,咬下去肉饀香、湯汁四溢,要小心熱湯哦。紅油抄手紅油抄手辣度不高。酸辣湯酸辣湯配料很多,口感和調味也不錯。鮮魚羹鮮魚羹的魚肉鮮甜,材料也很充足。來到主食的部份,我們選了經典的上海炒年糕和嫩雞煨麵。上海炒年糕口感煙韌也很上色入味。嫩雞煨麵嫩雞煨麵的湯頭很清,是不道不錯的清淡之選。甜品酒釀桂花丸子酒釀桂花丸子在桂花清香和酒香中取得平衡,丸子口感不錯。
