To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這篇係我人生中第一篇食評，唔寫我怕今晚瞓唔著😡😡😡今晚同屋企人食晚飯慶祝中秋🌕🍁，第一味乳🐷全體，想夾件瘦嘅比父母。我食那件成舊膏。以為只係我件係咁肥，問吓其他人，原來件件都係咁。心諗🤔唔係掛，返轉其餘半隻睇吓，結果一D肉都無。搵個侍應問吓，佢話乳豬只係食塊皮（咁都唔係一D肉都無😪）佢再叫另一部長來，夾起件件反轉睇，然後拎走成隻碟。 以為佢會幫我換，結果只係片走一半肥膏我想食乳豬，唔係片皮豬囉😤另一味海參，三大條，要用刀叉來切。食落完全無味，好似蒟蒻咁。很不愉快的一餐
