To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

港式米線(加底)：本身這款米線配有芽菜、韭菜、腐皮，主打胡椒味湯底，沒想到小孩也能吃得好，覺得好味而沒有辣味。自選了紫菜，紫菜沒有沙而且帶點口感、芝士腸只有三條不過不失，而豬大腸非常入味，也沒有肥膏，這個十分好！由於分給小孩吃，加＄10加米線，果然分量十足！小鍋米線(中辣)：這款米線配有芽菜、芫茜、香蔥、炸醬和酸菜，其實這樣已經很豐富很夠味道，而且湯底酸酸辣辣，自選辣度中辣非常合適，配合得宜帶出醒胃的湯底。豬大腸沒有失望，同樣地美味入味之極。
