To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

豬扒腸仔出前一丁🍲

明發喺深水埗真係幾有名，招牌食品當然係醬爆肉飯、水餃等呢類，不過由於當日我去明發嗰陣時係朝頭早，所以就梗係食早餐啦，豬扒腸仔出前一丁麵+凍奶茶，好老實講~真係有少少令我失望，唉……希望越大~失望就越大……，豬扒係有煎過，但肉質實在淋得過份，完全冇哂肉嘅纖維，腸仔又冇炸過，只係淥熟就算，同埋我仲記得由落單開始計，等咗差唔多成40分鐘先有得食，不過我唔會因為咁樣而以後都唔去，不過下次去我都係食番醬爆飯算喇
