The baked pork chop rice is well-baked. The cheese is adequately charred, indicates a good time in the oven. Tomato sauces are a bit bubbling at the rim when it is served too. Rice is good, which is fried with eggs and not mushy, with every grains distinguishable. Pork chop is reasonably thick. Tomato sauce is not super tangy, and quiet palatable. One of a major drawback is the egg wash of the pork chop is way too thick, with the combination of a relatively long baking time, the egg wash becomes hardened and it is like a hard rigid covering of the pork chop. Otherwise, it is a very tasty baked pork chop rice.
