舊地重遊,有點掛住豬油撈飯添。都有幾年無黎喇,主要都係想食魚腸蒸蛋同豬油撈飯啫。驚見 menu 上有奇怪的菜色,各位食家請問咩叫做炒長遠呀?又長又軟既是什麼來頭呢?五味雞,新嘗試招牌菜,超讚!香味十分,煨得入味之餘,雞肉仲非常嫩滑,堅係皮香肉嫩又唔肥。雞皮滑滑微黏,豉油味清香無比,加上不知名香香醃料,使我越食越想食,骨頭都損到唔肯放口。應該係三杯雞既加強版,必食!紅燒排翅,非常強差人意,比預期中相差甚遠。以為魚翅會滿滿的,但竟然一半係生芽菜墊底,係全生囉!搞到碗翅又淡又稀而水汪汪,湯汁散發著極濃芽菜草青味呢,吃不消!諗住勁落醋蓋過陣味,但完全無效,點解唔將芽菜分開上呢?唔想浪費,挑走晒生芽菜後,唯有硬著頭皮灌落肚啦。砵仔雞蛋焗魚腸,魚腸真係唔係人人啱食,只加上芫茜、芹菜及大量胡椒粉蒸蛋,難免有點腥。熱辣辣新鮮出爐還可以,但一凍左,魚腥味提升百倍,完全入唔到呢。都係爆炒或打邊爐好食好多,下次未必會再叫喇。梅醬一字排,比燒排骨更出色,因為肉多骨少啖啖肉,不乾不鞋又不硬,軟棉彈牙既質地充滿肉汁,梅醬芳香飄飄,味道濃而香甜。一定要趁熱食,食快一點,凍左變得咸了。豬油撈飯,主角進場,我為左您先山

吸引力無可抗拒,未食過都唔知。真係無需任何餸,只要豬油、豉油撈,撞出黎既化學作用可以使我食幾碗飯都唔夠喉架!人生第二次食豬油撈飯,超香呀!熱辣辣砵仔蒸飯,粒粒飽滿乾爽又嚥韌,撈埋豬油同頭抽,欲罷不能呀!
