平時好少出港島區,呢晚飯接老婆放工順便食埋晚飯,見到附近間<粗菜館>幾多人食下,應該唔錯見到有豬油撈飯,好耐冇食過,因為唔係周圍都有,豬油及醬油分開裝係小碟,再配白飯,d豬油仲溫溫底,撈埋白飯好香,竟然一人食晒一碗。小菜點左個爽滑脆魚皮,炸的魚皮就食得多,呢個又幾特別下,用左豉油、葱薑絲,加熟油再撈埋魚皮,爽口~見餐牌特別係推介的<梅、蘭、菊、竹>,點左老婆最鍾意的左(蘭)西檸脆脆雞, 外皮炸到好鬆脆,雞肉仍然鮮嫩幼滑,淋埋個西檸醬汁,令人胃口大增。 招牌炒豬什我覺得做得唔錯,有豬腸、豬心、豬肚、豬肝,冇內臟的腥味,配埋薑蔥、再用酒猛火大炒, 岩岩好!
