To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日這碗上海麵的擺盤簡單，豬油渣鋪在麵條上，點綴著，色彩鮮明，讓我食指大動。麵條的顏色略微白，顯示出豐富的油脂，讓人期待它的味道。麵條的口感滑順，嚼勁十足，吸附了豬油渣的香氣，讓每一口都充滿風味。豬油渣外脆內嫩，咬下去時發出清脆的聲音，伴隨著濃厚的豬肉香氣，讓人忍不住多吃幾口。這道菜的鹹香適中，不會過於油膩，反而讓人感受到豬油渣的香醇。這碗豬油渣上海麵不僅是味覺的享受，更是一種懷舊的味道，讓我想起了童年時的街邊小吃。無論是作為早餐還是宵夜，都是一個不錯的選擇。感覺上現在的餃子好似比起以前減咗肥冇咁大件，豆漿嘅豆味同以前比較亦都好似清淡咗；希望他們的美食盡量在增肥，咁我就會覺得更加抵食。
