To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

銅鑼灣車仔麵話多唔多, 話少唔算少, 如果講食辣野, 一定要去新記啦, 貪佢地D辣夠晒多款啊, 咁今次叫左豬紅 豆卜 紅腸 蘿蔔, 都逐樣講下啦。豬紅: 多數都會叫, 因為口感滑, 咬落去唔會散, 辣味同其他送唔同, 唔會一個汁煮到尾, 呢D就係想食車仔麵嘅位。豆卜, 紅腸 : 好耐無食紅腸, 肥D都想食下, 正常發揮, 切得幾厚, 但題外話點都係煎最好食, 豆卜就煮得偏軟身, 比較索湯蘿蔔: 夠甜無乜渣, 配個湯底同D辣醬都幾夾, 會互相中和, 唔食菜嘅話, 蘿蔔都算係必食。
