To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間茶餐廳既晚餐價錢好抵，又有餐湯同飲品，餐湯仲可以揀中湯或者西湯，我地揀左忌廉湯，蘑菇味濃又creamy，主食叫左一份蜜汁豬扒蛋包飯，蛋包飯入面係炒飯底好惹味，豬扒既肉質唔會好鞋口加埋蜜糖汁好sweet sweet甘幾夾同好味。另外叫左一份bbq醬豬肋骨，豬肋骨份量比想像中大條，易切，齒夾留香，食唔停口，配埋粗炸薯角好香脆，沙律菜落左生果火龍果同醋好醒胃。紅豆冰推介椰汁味濃郁，紅豆好粉，如果可以加雪糕就更正。
