To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天19/4 晚上18:30 我帶同兩位日本朋友到紅橋享晚餐, 我負責點餐，其中一道菜，叫了之前食過好味的豬肋骨,怎料到餐時，只有兩條細小的肋骨，配菜薯角就份量十足，在場朋友都覺份量有問題，我向女職員請示，餐牌上表明三條的，又不肯譲我們轉其他餐，最後肯補回一條小肋骨。大家請看一下當時拍下的相作記錄 失望這份量與我同家人曾試過的不同,絕對不夠食。另外，今次的磨菇忌廉湯比以往的稀。原想開心的帶遠道而來朋友聚餐，這樁小事，使我心中不悦。女職員的應變力及態度，差語氣表示不想應酬客人的要求。日本朋友都表示對方態度不好，不曾遇過的，不愉快的進餐經驗

這份量與我同家人曾試過的不同,絕對不夠食。
