To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為鄧媽媽冇開所以唯有試哩間啦,我最鍾意食鄧媽媽既湯飯,見到哩度餐牌寫住招牌豬軟骨湯飯所以試下,$37蚊 dinner唔包飲品。一黎到個豬軟骨賣相已唔多掂就知中招,連相都冇影。。湯底有好濃0既胡椒味,我覺得都ok. 附上3,4大舊豬軟骨,但賣相唔多好又似白烚,仲要豬軟骨好硬,好似食緊排骨咁,究竟有冇炆過黎架?似白烚又冇味,硬舊舊食到um胃。。我都未試過d豬軟骨係咁硬同難食,又話招牌!!? 食左少少已冇食,下次都係去番鄧媽媽到啦。。
