To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午到大家樂點香菇馬蹄肉餅蒸飯,等候了一回結果出來的是三塊煎香菇馬蹄肉餅,飯另上 。 我眼見前面這個餐簡直不可相信蒸肉餅會變了煎肉餅都算了照把煎肉餅放入口,肉餅煎得像油炸一樣三塊肉餅得一塊有兩粒冬菇粒而且三塊也吃不到有馬蹄在肉餅內,肉餅份量也很少,以前我也試過他們的蒸肉餅飯並非這樣子的。忍不住逐往問派餐的經理,他說是這樣的!由於人龍多我不跟他理論,不過肯定沒有下次了。
