To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚同老婆去食晚飯，其中老婆就叫左雜扒鐵板餐(龍利柳及西冷牛扒)，套餐仲有係蒜香火雞炒飯同台式烏梅茶，好可惜在我買票時個職員一句說話都冇講有關這套餐的事。<br>到叫號碼我出去櫃面取時，我才發覺鐵板上變左係白色炒飯(一粒火雞都冇)同一杯可樂，我問職員係咪可樂時，這刻職員才說台式茶賣完，而且勉強才給我一杯熱檸檬茶，但她仍然沒有解釋變了白炒飯的原因。<br>如果在買票時有說到沒有火雞炒飯同沒有台式茶時，我一定會轉其他?，沒有火雞炒飯同台式茶邊值三十元呀.....大快活再一次的令我失望!
