Restaurant: Yugu Noodle

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

情人節諗住過黎食個米線,點知就食到谷鬼氣落單嘅時候已經逐樣慢慢咁講比個侍應聽,點知佢都可以係咁聽錯,仲要落緊嘅時候係到發夢,都唔知係米唔想做呢份工我同女朋友叫左個豬耳,諗住40蚊都叫ok嘅價錢啦,點知出到黎就得4片薄到離譜嘅豬耳,諗住問佢地係米轉左做法而我唔知,點知佢就反問一句“你第一次黎食丫?”。就算點都好,我都諗唔到有咩理由可以咁樣同個客人講野囉。最後,一個係到做左4,5年嘅侍應(我女朋友由細係呢間食到大,應得佢)都可以話不嬲都係咁出比客,咁我都無話可說。如果唔係我女朋友中意,我點都唔會再幫襯呢間鋪
