To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日一大家人去奧海城試新嘢, d食物ok, 尤其是招牌叉燒包, 蝦餃也不錯, 腸粉真的是即叫即蒸, 第一次去食點心而不是在茶樓, 感覺特別, 不過真的是如果諗住可以坐得舒服來進食的話, 最好係兩個人或四個人去, 因為餐廳會安排d人坐晒埋一起, 就算唔識的都要坐埋一齊.
