To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

知道石門開咗幾間酒樓，今次輪到黎煌苑試下～同屋企人3點半左右到，入到去坐低開埋茶就同我哋講last order！吓...點解係門口唔同客人講？！拿拿臨叫嘢食～成個紅蘿蔔咁，其實係咸水角，黎到嘅時候微暖，已經唔脆! 入面啲餡ok ，但唔脆已經感覺一般。普通叉燒腸，唔係特別好食，初頭仲冇俾豉油，後來終於問到個阿姐拎俾我哋～依個腐皮卷感覺好少少，起碼係脆嘅，入面都算足料。食流沙飽個精髓梗係要辣咀，而且啲奶黃要漏哂出黎，點知黎到又係得個暖字，仲流咩呀😑依個一定係健康之選，少油冇鹽冇味精，唔知又啱唔啱你口味?依個真係未見過，將個糯米雞放底，上面加隻煎到老嘅蛋，又變成新菜式～點解我哋咁有冒險精神！依間嘢價錢唔平，但質素冇保證，服務亦麻麻，真係未必有下次。

 成個紅蘿蔔咁，其實係咸水角，黎到嘅時候微暖，已經唔脆! 入面啲餡ok ，但唔脆已經感覺一般。
