To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

初嚟報到, 在九龍灣返工, 同同事一齊食飯, 唔到我選擇, 我唯有跟大隊啦。 一行七人去到依家叫 Royal Pantry 嘅餐廳食午餐。我哋早放食飯, 所以唔使等位。我叫咗一客<皇室秘製日式吉列豬扒拉麵豬骨濃湯> 價值$64元(九折後$58), 包基本熱餐飲, 我照舊, 都係飲一杯<熱奶茶>。呢個拉麵個名太長、太勁, 我都唔想再講多次。 個湯唔濃, 飲唔出有豬骨濃湯嘅味道及風格; 塊吉列豬扒好薄, 炸得好乾, 令我非常失望。麵, 唔算差, 但好普通, 跟一般茶餐廳嘅所謂拉麵冇分別。而個<熱奶茶>, 並非港式奶茶, 唔好飲。

呢個拉麵個名太長、太勁, 我都唔想再講多次。 個湯唔濃, 飲唔出有豬骨濃湯嘅味道及風格; 塊吉列豬扒好薄, 炸得好乾, 令我非常失望。麵, 唔算差, 但好普通, 跟一般茶餐廳嘅所謂拉麵冇分別。

而個<熱奶茶>, 並非港式奶茶, 唔好飲。
