To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好像很久沒和同事Lunch出去吃西餐,所以就找了這天去吃吃看還是繼續選擇沒吃過的餐廳。這家座位很多,沒有Book位也會有座位看完餐牌後大概明白為什麼這裡的人流在午餐時間仍然並不是太多 ...一份午餐Set大約是$158起,有些款式需要再加錢~套餐除主食外,還包括 湯或沙律 + 飲品。天氣稍微有點涼,所以選了湯~是很濃郁的忌廉湯而且份量也頗多。馬德拉酒芝士牛肝菌意粉 - 濃香的芝士配上牛肝菌的味道頗夾的~記得吃前要先將芝士拌勻才行喔!醬汁亦很creamy~讓每條意粉都人能沾上醬汁,吃起來絕對不會很乾身,也不會太膩。最後飲品選了咖啡~加了奶後會更香滑。
