To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日本野係永遠都唔會食嫌嫁!! 就算前幾日食左，今日都可以再食今日就同班同事去食千両。千両有set lunch 嫁，都幾多選擇，都有十幾款午餐俾你揀。今次就揀左百両餐。百両餐有兩隻炸蝦天婦羅，五件壽司，烏冬同埋沙律，仲有一杯嘢飲，可以揀茶或者咖啡。個餐黎到就食左沙津先，啲汁酸酸地好開胃。炸蝦天婦羅好香口，烏冬就普通。另外，壽司有兩件都係三文魚，一件加州卷，仲有兩件唔知咩魚黎。三文魚好味呀，加州卷有啲hea，入面舊菜超大舊，得好少牛油果同其他料，如果比例調返轉會好啲！其餘兩舊魚壽司都ok，無腥味!!
