To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日係老公嘅生日，問佢要去邊度食飯。之前有朋友喺呢間餐廳請食飯，我哋又覺得幾好味，於是就預訂呢間餐廳去試佢其他的菜式。去得食潮州菜，咁就一定要食佢嘅滷水鵝。我哋嗌咗個滷水鵝肉拼盤，裏面除咗鵝肉，仲有墨魚片，豆腐同蛋。佢嘅鵝肉醃得好入味，鵝皮唔算太肥，亦唔係過鹹。啲豆腐非常之潤滑，係我喜歡嘅口感。至於啲墨魚，因為唔係我嘅所好，所以覺得一般。之前朋友請食飯時預訂咗一個白肺湯，驚為天人，所以我哋嗰晚亦嗌咗一份。份湯足夠六至七個人飲，豬肺㷛得好腍，但係唔知道係唔係因為已過晚上八時，啲湯已經煲到底，份湯嘅杏汁味竟然掩蓋咗白肺湯嘅清甜，飲落非常之唔舒服，阿女直頭想作嘔，是當晚嘅一個敗筆。上一次嚟食到嘅鱔幾好味，於是我哋都嗌咗個蒸白鱔片。今次就冇嗌錯喇，雖然同上一次食嘅煮法唔一樣，但係呢個鱔片一樣係咁好味，不但喺魚肉鮮甜潤滑，蒸嘅時間亦啱啱好，連本來唔食鱔嘅妹妹都多食咗幾片。芋茸香酥鴨係老公要嘅，因為係炸物，加上阿女同我都對芋頭麻麻哋，所以係咁依食咗一啖。如果鍾意食芋頭嘅人應該會覺得幾好味，不過我就嫌佢肥膩，感覺一般般。潮式炸雙棗係潮州餐館內一個非常普遍的菜式，我會覺得呢度做得一般，叫做不過不失。蔬
