To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 德福雖然都多餐廳,但係燒肉的選擇就好少,作為食肉獸,見6點牛角完全冇人等位,梗係要入去食。餐廳好寬敞,可能係時間仲早,D人都未收工,餐廳入面都好多空座位,員工安排獨立坐一張4人枱,有位放下袋,坐得舒服唔駛逼,正!餐廳其實分散都有D客人燒肉中,不過完全聞唔到味,抵讚!三味牛肋肉 $149冇想像中好食,三款有香蔥、黑椒蒜蓉、香蒜辣油,我唔太識欣賞辣油款,感覺燒完冇晒肉味,只係食到辣,當然唔係話好辣,但得辣味唔覺有牛味就失色少少,另外兩款係好食D,又香又入味,食完都想再食,細細塊其實唔太夠喉。丹麥雞胸肉 $52,味噌豬頸肉 $49難得機會當然要試下雞同豬,選擇左最普通的豬頸肉同雞胸肉。豬頸肉比較普通,問心真係覺得同平時BBQ個D分別唔太大,唔好太大期望去食就OK,亦可能因為我地選擇左味噌,本身有其他味道選擇,下次會選原味或燒肉味。雞胸肉反而有D驚喜,厚切得黎好有質感,冇醬料反而原汁原味,不過份量又係好少,每人2塊已經分完,係唔夠喉。石鍋香蔥拉麵 $52牛角最出名就係牛角飯,不過今次冇叫,就貪得意叫左個拉麵試下。個拉麵係冇餸,真係蔥+淨麵,抵唔抵食就見人見智,而我就最多叫一次咁。麵好快送到,比

三味牛肋肉 $149

冇想像中好食,三款有香蔥、黑椒蒜蓉、香蒜辣油,我唔太識欣賞辣油款,感覺燒完冇晒肉味,只係食到辣,當然唔係話好辣,但得辣味唔覺有牛味就失色少少,另外兩款係好食D,又香又入味,食完都想再食,細細塊其實唔太夠喉。

難得機會當然要試下雞同豬,選擇左最普通的豬頸肉同雞胸肉。豬頸肉比較普通,問心真係覺得同平時BBQ個D分別唔太大,唔好太大期望去食就OK,亦可能因為我地選擇左味噌,本身有其他味道選擇,下次會選原味或燒肉味。

石鍋香蔥拉麵 $52

牛角最出名就係牛角飯,不過今次冇叫,就貪得意叫左個拉麵試下。個拉麵係冇餸,真係蔥+淨麵,抵唔抵食就見人見智,而我就最多叫一次咁。麵好快送到,比D肉仲快上枱,係好香好引人胃口,仲附有要自己動手磨的芝麻,想食幾多就自己搞,我磨左一陣就全部倒入去。食落係好味,湯底夠晒香,而且食得出味精唔算好勁,份量都唔多,每人食少少就清晒。

總括黎講,牛角所有食物物量都好少,食物質素唔錯,價錢係一D都唔平民,就算食左拉麵,都好似同冇食野冇分別,食完仲走左去買小食填肚,想平價D食,就要搵時間lunch/tea食,如果只係過燒肉口癮,就真係唔錯選擇。
