燒肉控又忍唔住要燃燒銀包喇~護心肉位於豬嘅膜隔膜同肝臟之間,每隻豬只有二百至三百克,都幾矜貴架。佢燒香後油分唔多,爽滑彈牙,岩哂唔鍾意食太油嘅人,就算平時好少食豬肉嘅我,都覺得幾好食~ 將一塊塊嘅薄切牛肉卷成一朵玫瑰花咁樣,淨係心意都已經要畀個like佢。牛肉雖然好薄,但係都算幾大塊,燒完之後,除咗可以搵生菜包住佢嚟食之外,仲可以加埋其他配菜,例如泡菜、洋蔥、蒜頭,再點埋辣豆醬(ssamjang)嚟食,夠哂滋味~見到咁靚嘅牛五花擺嚮眼前,已經忍唔住流哂口水。 牛肉切到好似紙一樣咁薄,擺嚮熱爐上面幾秒,肉香撲鼻,燒到10-15秒,拎起,點啲韓式醬汁再擺入口,肉汁同脂肪一齊嚮口腔入面溶化出嚟,真係好正~
