今日晏晝朋友帶左我去香港遊艇會的Bistro餐廳食晏,餐廳有室內與室外座位,室內是戰前的磚牆設計,典雅懷舊,而室外有維港無敵海景,因為天氣唔錯,我地坐左室外,叫左燒羊架同埋炸魚薯條。羊架有三件,不算太大件,我order 7成熟,肉質鮮嫩,不過表面燒得太耐,網狀的坑位有點燶,有少少苦味,配菜有幼薯條脆肉瓜,青辣椒及茄子等。另外炸魚薯條,炸魚都幾大件,有兩件,魚肉雪白,冇腥味,都幾好食。總括黎講份量比較少,但有靚景補番數。
