To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日媽生日, 有二百蚊coupon, 又近屋企, 就決定去開大餐.上一次食都應該三數年前, 記得當時食物還算可以, 都抵食.但係今次真係有點失望, 七點多去到A店, 唔使等位, 入面只有數枱客, 我地四人可以坐八人枱, 睇餐牌, 發現野食貴左好多, 散叫好唔抵食, 就叫左一個豪華四人餐, 都要成七百蚊.野食大約如下:魚生船: 大大件, 但味道唔夠鮮甜, 賣相好一般, 壽司卷物: 大大件加州反卷同鰻魚壽司, 味道一般 生菜沙律: 一上枱有點大得嚇人, 生菜冇切絲配以芝麻汁, 大大塊生菜, 見到都唔係好想食.天婦羅: 粉漿過厚, 味道可以.炸豆腐: 我覺得呢個最好味, 都好大件蟹柳炒飯: 好大碟, 味道可以, 如果唔加日式蝦味會更好煎鯖魚: 味道可以三文魚湯及味僧湯: 一般, 還可以整體來說唔可以話好差, 不過真係好一般街坊式日本野, 要食的話, 旺角女人街的會比較新鮮.所以應該暫時冇下一次了.

蟹柳炒飯: 好大碟, 味道可以, 如果唔加日式蝦味會更好

整體來說唔可以話好差, 不過真係好一般街坊式日本野, 要食的話, 旺角女人街的會比較新鮮.
所以應該暫時冇下一次了.
