To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早兩晚同女友係apm食飯,佢話呢間評價好似唔錯,雖然我心裡有數,係得商場入面嘅居酒屋十之八九都係伏,但女友的話永遠是對的,咪試下店舖招牌關西燒,失望嘅開始。醬料同食物無交集,外皮又太淋,食食下以為食緊蚵仔煎我地點左元貝同小魷魚,元貝可以,但小魷魚略嫌過硬,而且味道欠奉。店員推介,牛油煮嘅湯幾香,蜆肉都算新鮮,配搭幾好。全晚最佳。鐵板燒龍蝦+鮑魚,燒得唔夠火候,肉質係幾好,但就無鐵板燒嘅感覺,似普通煎但唔夠香。鐵板燒牛肉粒,垃圾首先,又係燒得唔夠火候,做唔到鐵板燒外脆內軟嘅感覺。第二,牛肉粒起渣,明顯係選材較次。失望!炒飯,理應無咩好講,但實在毫無層次,亦毫無誠意,好悶。無調味,無質感,需知道炒飯看似容易,但其實可以有千萬種可能。當然,hea整都係一個選擇。總的來說,埋單$711係完全唔值由食物質素,到烹調技巧,都完全唔值呢個價錢。可以的話,搵第二間,唔該
