To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友帶我去流浮山食海鮮話好正, 特別揀間新0既餐廳試下, 咁就中招!個姐姐"請"海鮮0既時候, 已奸奸地, 開大下價, 又想逼你食呢樣果樣,都是是但但, 預0左食海鮮比人劏下, 慣例, 我0地要0左兩隻大賴尿蝦, 兩隻已經一斤噃$240,重有聖子一斤, 扇背4隻, 斑一條180蚊, 蠔一包, 其他都係平0野, 任佢計LA, 六百幾蚊, 但什麼加工費要280蚊, 我都唔知點計出0黎!咪60一碟加工? 我係你間舖買海鮮竟然收我60一碟加工費? 最重要係難食! 最過份係海鮮餐廳都唔識蒸魚, 調味唔得重要蒸到好老! 係得個蒜蓉蒸扇背OK D之外, 其他都好多朋友都話流浮山海鮮好正! 點知我難得入去一次, 揀著間最差0既! 真黑仔!山長水遠去食海鮮, 下次真係要睇下OPEN RICE先!
