餐湯,初以為蕃茄湯,一飲才知紅菜頭湯 ,暖暖地,濃濃红菜頭味,因無忌廉,輕身, 好清新。


香草加拿大牛柳迷迭香薯仔扒雜菜,深红光澤大塊寶石,履行5成熟要求,切開見鮮紅色,無血淋淋汁出現,獅子切小小邊給我-靱香,再切中心有牛肉味,鮮嫩,配黃瓜、薯仔及黃椒,烤過後提升鮮甜及帶烤香味


香煎地中海鱸魚
, 蠶豆汁烤雜菜,為甚麽送來秦朝貴妃,厚重黑袍-木紋黑碟,橙金色闊䄂,向我請安,滲出淡淡乳香……不是,是魚香,香氣襲人,煎香魚皮薄脆, 為甚麽魚身不焦?肉質少咸乾身,蕃茄外乾内有汁,綠色蠶豆汁如輕身薯蓉, 露筍黃瓜鲜同樣烤香鲜甜,加上生豆芽苖,青草香味,一熱一生,又幾合拍。

自加制菠菜意大利麵雜錦海鮮及意大利蕃茄
, 綠色纱衣,雪白肌膚 ,綠妃子是也,青口化作蝴蝶,白色帶子,蕃茄汁,红蝦變作小花,翩翩起舞。此處標榜自家製意粉,一食就知無騙人,非一般普通的意粉,雖腍身,波菜味不濃,但吸收海鮮鮮味,芝士無影综郤有芝士香味, 唔膩,吾笠,帶子鲜不靭, 蝦爽鮮甜,羅勒葉獨特香, 蕃茄汁甜,滿意,賞賜-掃清碟汁。

Tiramisu外室温内心小冷,朱古力粉厚重,小心被粉窒親,cream不多,濕潤,夾軟朱古力層,軟滑細綿,甜度適中。


套餐無寫送餐飲,問就有,Cuppcino多奶泡,酒店質素,不用說。

初看餐牌名子都是煎魚,海鮮都是蝦帶子普通料,但如選料,做法,配菜,就會不一樣的菜色,樣樣新鮮美味,令味蕾心花怒放。
