今日終於黎到我想試好耐既滾得囍,一入門口已經感受到果種氣派,終於可以坐上呢張龍椅😎。室內充滿宮廷味,當然唔少得極具特色既"聖旨" menu~~✨未點餐先有小食送口,份量都唔小啊✨調味雖然只有四款,不過其實湯底已經好夠味,今餐都無乜點過豉油,所以簡簡單單就好了✨花膠雞湯鍋/半隻($288): 金黃色既雞湯,見到個心已經蠢蠢蠢欲動~~😍✨花膠有幾大塊,影完相之後店員就會剪開細細塊,落左花膠滾好就可以先品嚐下個湯喇✨個湯真係超級正,甜得黎雞味好濃郁。花膠個人唔鍾意太爽,所以留到打邊爐最後一刻先食,軟滑得黎好通透,滾到出晒膠質夠入味先最好食😍✨其實半隻雞都幾多,兩個人都食唔晒。雞件本身七成熟,淥番幾分鐘就食得。個雞都算滑,滾完啖湯仲正,好後悔剩係飲左半碗,因為之後加湯唔係加雞湯,無晒d 精華~✨竹蔗茅根($38/一渣): 打邊爐一定要叫個竹蔗茅根清下熱,樽底一睇果然好足料,味道仲好清甜,好過飲汽水。✨鹿兒島日本黑豚肉($88): 賣相一流,睇落好少,但係呢8塊肉都真係份量十足,好飽肚。肉味都ok, 肥瘦適中,點埋豉油好食~✨日本廣島蠔($88): 估唔到都幾大隻,淥完出黎都無乜點縮水,而且蠔味
