To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

君悅酒店裡面嘅「茶園」近年叫好又叫座,下午茶及晚市自助餐均被網友及媒體稱譽為全港最好食,訂座經常爆滿,相當犀利。下午茶方面,我喺較早前已經有幸嘗試過兩次,個人其實對呢類型嘅甜點並無特別鍾情,兩次均屬於陪友伴享用性質,但試完後覺得味道的確唔錯,而且賣相精緻,好適合打卡。但相比下午茶,個人其實對佢嘅晚市自助餐更加有興趣,所以趁住上個月臨近聖誕節,一次過訂咗兩日,帶屋企人享受聖誕大餐之餘,亦可以從兩次到訪中比較一下質素嘅分別。今次適逢聖誕節,甫入到大堂已經感受到濃厚嘅聖誕氣氛,令人心情都特別興奮,胃口大開!茶園位於君悅酒店嘅閣樓位置,沿住大堂嘅長樓梯直上一層,就會到達糖果屋,糖果屋左手邊再上一層小梯級就會到達茶園。順帶一講,糖果屋有提供一系列手工朱古力、糖果、甜點等嘅禮物籃,亦有客製化蛋糕預訂,櫃檯同店內都有唔少造型可愛,做工又精緻嘅餐點擺設,值得停低觀賞一下,好似適逢聖誕節,就會有啲聖誕造型嘅糖果等放喺櫃檯,十分可愛。而如果玩Staycation package,裡面嘅外賣下午茶亦多數都會喺度包裝同埋提取。全個用餐區域雖然唔算好大,但枱與枱之間非常寬敞,而自助取餐位置則稍為少許擠逼,雖未至

全個用餐區域雖然唔算好大,但枱與枱之間非常寬敞,而自助取餐位置則稍為少許擠逼,雖未至於水洩不通,不過喺受歡迎嘅菜式位置都需要小心,可能會較易會同人有輕微身體碰撞。

餐廳整體裝飾同燈光等都偏向華麗典雅,走輕歐陸風,加上景觀開揚,如果好似我今次咁可以坐到靠側邊欄桿位置,都係一種享受,因為用餐時既可睇到酒店周圍嘅裝飾,亦都係一個相當靚嘅打卡位,梳化座位都坐得相當舒適,環境方面非常唔錯。

坊間大部份自助餐菜式種類均係採用多國菜形式呈現,以款式同選擇多去吸引食客,但茶園相反,專心只做歐陸式自助餐,貴精不貴多,同好多自助餐有明顯嘅分別。第一次到訪,我將全場所有食物均淺嚐咗少許,由於不能盡錄,只能分享部份。

先從凍盤開始,大部份冷盤嘅凍肉同沙律菜質素都正常,而且種類亦較多,款式亦較出面罕有,例如係「鄉村肉凍」同埋「香草豬肉批」,兩者均相當唔錯,口感實在。但凍肉中個人最喜愛係「巴馬臣火腿」同埋 「煙燻鴨胸」,前者唔會過鹹,配嘅哈蜜瓜亦好爽甜;後者肉質鮮嫩,有淡淡煙燻味同油香充斥口腔。

另外,沙律菜亦毫不遜色,所有都好新鮮,食落爽脆,特別係兩款分別以蘋果作為配菜嘅沙律 - 「楓糖醬汁+香梨青豆沙律」同埋「蘋果西芹核桃沙律」,清爽開胃,必試。

海鮮方面,生蠔嘅口感屬於清爽型,雖然較細隻但勝在新鮮,師傅一直不停開,加上自助形式任取,愛食蠔嘅朋友行多幾轉都絕對會滿足;蟹腳同凍蝦肉質正常無霉味,味道唔算好鮮甜,但都有鮮味。而我特別喜歡嘅翡翠螺咬落彈牙又有螺肉味,整體質素唔錯。

不過要數最矚目嘅就必定係「威靈頓牛柳」,全晚不斷出爐,座落喺熱食區嘅正中央位置,有盞大燈光打落去,閃閃發光,令人垂涎欲滴。個人覺得佢嘅酥皮味道夠香又保持酥脆,牛柳雖有小許偏嚡,但牛味濃郁,所以算做得唔錯。

除咗「威靈頓牛柳」,「鵝肝多士」亦係非常受歡迎嘅熱葷之一,鵝肝每舊都好厚身,而且油脂香,內層嫩滑,下面嘅蘋果塊同多士味道亦配合得宜,味道一流,難怪同行友人食咗四塊。

另外,第一次到訪時,當晚嘅熱湯款式為「牛尾湯」,牛尾湯非常清甜入味,當晚飲咗兩大碗,令我非常回味,好期待下一次嚟到可以再嚐,可惜第二次嚟到時款式更換咗為「龍蝦湯」,而該龍蝦湯實在令人失望,味道偏鹹帶小酸,整體味道有種說不出嘅怪異,幸好只係舀咗少許先淺嚐一下,如果唔係就做成浪費了。

茶園晚市自助餐其中一樣重頭戲必定係每位客人都可以享有一份「即煮原隻龍蝦」,而且有三種烹調方式可以選擇,分別係白灼、香草牛油燒烤同埋芝士烤焗。由於同桌有幾位友人,所以可互相分享試哂三款味道。龍蝦肉質爽口彈牙亦新鮮,而三種方法中個人最愛係白灼,因為白灼可以食到其龍蝦肉嘅鮮甜,香草牛油燒烤同芝士烤焗嘅調味實在頗為濃郁,會有小許遮蓋咗龍蝦肉本身嘅鮮甜,個人更愛原汁原味啲,不過其實三款口味都色味俱佳,隨個人口味。

大食特食完,雖然已經好飽,就當然要填飽埋另一個胃,呢度嘅甜品區同取餐區有一段小距離,經過中間嘅用餐座位就會見到一列嘅甜品區。甜品選擇頗多,淨係自家製雪葩同雪糕已有12種口味,蛋糕類甜品有8款,仲有即製窩夫同Pancake,係甜品控嘅天堂。蛋糕類甜品中,除咗瑪德蓮蛋糕同法式酒桶蛋糕之外,其他個人都幾喜歡,特別係經典朱古力蛋糕同埋榛子巴黎泡芺,兩者都非常好味,前者朱古力味濃郁又唔會過甜,後者榛子味重,而且質感軟滑。

前面提到個人唔太喜歡呢度嘅瑪德蓮蛋糕同法式酒桶蛋糕,因為兩款味道均太甜而且質感偏硬,前者唔夠綿滑,後者雖有濕潤感但都唔夠柔軟。

雪糕方面,以「鹹蛋肉鬆」,「麥芽啤酒」同埋「芒果糯米飯」三款口味最為特別,三款分別都加咗肉鬆,餅乾碎粒同埋糯米飯粒,真材實料,但相對嚟講,個人覺得鹹蛋肉鬆味比較難接受,可能因為雪糕嘅質感同肉鬆混合,而且鹹蛋味道同甜品實在有啲唔夾,所以個人感覺一般。反而麥芽啤酒味就特別得嚟又容易接受,酒味夾雜住小許鹹味同餅乾碎粒,有啲似啤酒加海鹽雪糕嘅感覺,整體上好夾。

另外,餐飲除咗咖啡同普通紅茶外,其中可選擇嘅更包括有十幾種款式選擇嘅「君悅酒店專屬茗茶」,總會揀到一款心水,而且佢哋採用嘅茶具相當精緻,用餐完畢之後嘆嘆茶,傾吓偈實在係唔錯嘅享受,而水果方面款式雖然唔太多,但大部份都新鮮。

總括嚟講,感覺呢度雖然只做歐陸式自助餐,選擇可能較少,但可以叫做貴精不貴多,菜式都有一定嘅水準。更值得一讚嘅係,員工會頻密地留意住取餐區嘅食物,適當時候就作出替換,以保持新鮮同埋避免有空置嘅情況出現,而且全部都殷勤有禮,場內更加有人即席演奏鋼琴,無論係服務定係整體格調都令人非常舒服,值得一訪。
