既然是一個眼闊肚窄的人,不如吃個精緻一點的午餐作罷。Executive Lunch Set 有二至四個course 選擇,價錢由二百元有找至一千大元不等。吃的是3-course set(Romeo Selection of Antipasti + Main Course + Dessert):其實淨食Antipasti 都可以食到飽- 除o左有幾款不同類型、五顏六色的椒類+ 茄類拼盤外,還有Spinach Quiche、羊奶芝士、Parma Ham...主食是煎三文魚扒:三文魚扒微調,用橄欖油香煎;味道是淡淡的,但又卻是鮮的,肉質也好;份量少,正中下懷。伴碟的fresh tomato salad,用薄荷葉輕拌;茄是肉茄,不酸,不搶味;雖然個人比較喜歡較酸的蕃茄,但這個combination 誠而是搭配的。House Wine 是Pinot,色澤比較淡,有點dry,酒痕也不深;是易入口,但仲易上腦。甜品係由侍應生用pastry trolley 上;沒揀大路的Tiramisu 或者Creme Brulee,只要了Chocolate Mousse Puff:朱古力慕思是用dark choco

鄰桌尊貴的先生說o係全球咁多間Sabatini 之中,香港呢間做得最好;附和的小姐則謂鍾意香港Sabatini serve 既份量夠多...

質與量是重要,但作為香港首屈一指,但又serve 咁多non-traditional 兼non-Italian 野既餐館,對於「首屈一指既意大利餐館」這個說法,不敢苟同。
